1. About CityWar

CityWar is an independent digital entertainment platform built around playful city rivalry. It is not affiliated with GHMC, BBMP, the Telangana Government, the Karnataka Government, any city government, or any municipal corporation.

2. Eligibility

You should be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use paid CityWar features.

3. City Cheers

A City Cheer is a fixed-price digital supporter item. After a successful payment, one Cheer is added to the selected city's public tally and the buyer receives digital supporter content such as a supporter card and Cheer number.

City Cheers are payments for digital content and participation. They are not donations to a city, government, public authority, or municipal body.

4. No financial reward

CityWar offers no monetary prizes, winnings, cashback, cash-out, financial returns, or redeemable stored value. A City Cheer cannot be transferred, sold back, or exchanged for money. The city tally is entertainment only.

5. Payments are not active yet

The current preview does not process payments. Pressing “I would pay ₹29” records product interest only. It does not create a purchase, charge you, issue a Cheer number, or change a city's score.

When payments are activated, the selected payment provider's terms and privacy practices will also apply.

6. Fair use

Do not interfere with the platform, manipulate tallies, automate fake activity, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, or misuse CityWar to target residents of either city. Keep the rivalry playful.

7. Availability and changes

We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the MVP. We may correct tally or fulfilment errors when supported by reliable payment records. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CityWar is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
